FAQ – Account Login
Answers to the most common login issues
Click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field on the login page. Enter the email or phone number you used when registering, and we'll send you a link or OTP code to reset your password. The process usually takes less than 2 minutes. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive the email within 5 minutes.
For security purposes, your account will be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts. This is an automatic protection measure to prevent unauthorized access. You can wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact our support team via live chat to unlock your account with a simple identity verification.
You can log in to your luckybet777 account from multiple devices, but only one active session is allowed at a time. If you log in from a new device, the session on the previous device will be terminated automatically. This is a security measure to ensure no one else can access your account without your knowledge. We recommend enabling 2FA for added security.
The OTP (One-Time Password) is part of the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system that protects your account. It means that even if someone knows your password, they still can't log in without access to your phone number. If you find OTP requests too frequent on the same personal device, you can use the "remember this device" option to reduce how often it's prompted on trusted devices.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, act immediately: (1) Change your password right away, (2) Contact our customer support via live chat to temporarily freeze your account, (3) Review your transaction history to check for any unrecognized activity. Our security team will help investigate and resolve the situation quickly.
